These terms govern access to CollabBrief, a sponsorship-operations service provided by Md. Moin Khan, trading as CollabBrief ("CollabBrief", "we", "us").
1. Account and authority. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use the service only when you have authority to manage the workspace and its records. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for assigning appropriate workspace roles.
2. The service. CollabBrief stores sponsorship records, deadlines, files, invoices, payment follow-up, reports, media kits, and proposals. Features may evolve, but we will not intentionally disable access to a live public invoice solely because a trial or paid subscription ends.
3. No legal, tax, or financial advice. CollabBrief is a record-keeping and workflow tool. It does not interpret contracts, determine whether a use is lawful, provide tax advice, or replace a lawyer or accountant. Conflict and expiry alerts depend on the structured information you enter.
4. Your content. You retain ownership of content you upload or enter. You grant the service only the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, display, and transmit that content for you. You must have the right to upload brand materials, contacts, contracts, and other records.
5. Acceptable use. Do not use CollabBrief to break the law, infringe rights, send unsolicited mail, distribute malware, probe the service, evade limits, or access another workspace. Uploaded files are not malware-scanned, so upload only material from sources you trust.
6. Plans and billing. The selected plan controls seats, talent profiles, active deals, storage, and advanced features. A 14-day Pro trial requires no card and falls back to the permanent Free plan. Paddle acts as merchant of record for paid CollabBrief subscriptions and handles checkout, recurring billing, applicable sales taxes, receipts, and payment details. The price, billing interval, and renewal terms are shown before purchase.
7. Cancellation and retention. You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Unless a refund is approved under the Refund Policy, paid access continues through the end of the current billing period and the subscription will not renew. Cancelled workspace data is retained for 90 days, with warnings sent when 60 and seven days remain, then permanently deleted. You should export records before deletion. Owner-requested deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
8. Availability and liability. We work to keep CollabBrief reliable, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the previous twelve months, and indirect or consequential loss is excluded.
9. Governing law and contact. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions or notices may be sent to Md. Moin Khan at support@collabbrief.com. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue.
